I needed a new boiler and central heating system. After getting a couple of quotes, I chose Lee from Pierson Heating. He took the time to explain the different options and helped me choose what would work best for my home. The installation of the new combi boiler, radiators, and pipework was done exactly as I wanted. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family.
I have used On Heating for several years mainly for servicing and breakdowns. They have proved to be very reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Most recently I have had a new Vaillant boiler installed by them. The price was competitive, especially if one takes into account the 10-year manufacturer's warranty, that is only issued when approved installers carry out the work using manufacturer's specified parts. Lee carried out the work with minimum disruption and no mess and all waste removed. An excellent job all round.

Saved the day! Our tap suddenly stopped working and water continued to fall out of the tap. It was broken on the inside and we panicked. Lee came to our rescue and after stopping the water he waited until we got a resolution from the supplier so it can be fixed. He was both professional and kind.

After a very bad dishonest experience with a 24 hr. Call out service guy who was trying to scam me the previous day, got in touch with Lee and what a contrast! The previous day I was told that I will need a new boiler but Lee found that all it needs is a replacement valve and nothing else was wrong with the boiler and he got it working in no time. I am pleased that I have now found a honest and efficient plumber and will be using him again for all plumbing problems.

Lee was prompt in coming to my flat to take measurements and listened carefully and patiently to what I wanted. He calculated what I needed in terms of the volume to be heated and sent a reasonable quote through very quickly. He also suggested suppliers which I actually ended up choosing, saving myself a good deal of money. Lee was able to schedule the work quickly and he and his team arrived on time, were extremely professional, thorough, tidy and polite. Can’t fault them at all and fully recommend them.
Have a 14 yr old combi boiler that was losing pressure and had intermittent heating. Couldn't afford a whole new boiler and Lee explained what he thought was wrong with what we had. He gave us a really competitive quote for the work and the boiler was working as expected within the week. Lee came at short notice to check the heating system in an empty flat that I was responsible for. I was worried about freezing pipes in the cold weather. He advised as to the best course of action and took the necessary steps to ensure that there was no risk of a problem.

Lee is a first class heating engineer and really knows his stuff. He installed a gas boiler about 10 years ago and has serviced it and my 2 gas fires annually. He also recently disconnected then re-fitted a radiator to enable repairs to the wall. He made some adjustments to boost up heating to the living room and this made a huge improvement. Lee is friendly, polite and very considerate. He is reliable, punctual and very thorough in his work. I stongly recommend him for all work on gas boilers, radiators and gas fires.

Lee installed a new boiler in my flat and did a fantastic job. Before moving in, I asked him if he and his team could install a new bathroom. They managed to do it in record time, which was amazing and saved me so much hassle of having to do it once I moved in. Am 100% pleased with all the work Lee has done for me. He's been great to deal with, prompt, courteous, excellent workmanship, has moved mountains to get the work done even when up against unexpected obstacles, has always kept to his quotes and is super nice. Our old thermostat broke and this seemed like a great opportunity to install a more energy efficient smart thermostat. Lee advised on some of the different models available that I was considering and then did the installation. He did a quick and tidy job, and everything has been working flawlessly. Would use again!
Pierson Heating were recommended to us by our son who had a boiler installed by them earlier in the year. The job took 3 days, which involved power flushing system, renewing 4 radiators, thermostat valves, changing some pipework, fitting new pump and wall thermostat, also installing a new boiler. Lee and Ewan worked very hard, they were friendly, competent and tidy, we have no hesitation in recommending Pierson Heating.
Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the service we recieved from Lee and his team. We had been without heating over the weekend . Lee diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what was needed to repair the boiler in a way that was friendly, straight forward and clear. The repair was done without any disruption to ourselves (we work from home) and in a clean and efficient way without any mess. Lee has been my go to boiler man for a few years now. He has installed a new boiler for me, kept on top of services even when I forget they are due and has always been super polite and professional. He has recently been to fix my radiator and I felt very safe having him in the house amid current Covid times. He wore a face covering and kept a safe distance. He only touched what he needed to do the work required. I honestly can’t recommend his business enough.

Lee responded to our request for an emergency boiler repair late one afternoon and despite being busy came around the following afternoon. He identified the (rare) problem quickly, got the part and fixed it within hours. After the initial call out fee he gave us a total job price, which ended up saving us an hourly rate. He was really friendly and professional and we hope to use him in the future for non-urgent work. We'd certainly recommend him to others.

The team presented all of the options available to me and let me decide which approach to take next. I opted to replace the boiler and was given the various options in a very timely manner. Lee has been a great find. He was a suggestion I found on one of the local mum pages and I am so glad I came across him. We are new to the area so it’s always difficult to find reliable trade people when you don’t have the contacts. He installed our new boiler for us last year and we also got him back to do our annual check. Our boiler failed over Christmas and we needed a new one fast. Pierson Heating advised us on a variety of boilers at different price points and we ended up choosing an ideal vogue c32, mainly due to the 10 year warranty that it comes with. He turned up on the 29th with the new boiler and had it installed and running that same afternoon. It's worked flawlessly so far. Very tidy job and I already have him booked in to give it its annual service next year.

Lee came out the same day I called to diagnose an extremely aged boiler that had given me nothing but trouble. He did his best to fix it, but I chose to replace it. He was able to do this the next day. He was very informative, ensuring that I was kept in the loop and quoted for the cost of each stage in the process. He made sure that every step in the installation was done to the letter, and made sure to explain the functions of the boiler and thermostat to me. He would be my first call for any heating issue that might arise. Definitely recommend.

Boiler kept shutting down on the Sunday,Monday morning contacted Leigh as my regular maintenance man was on holiday,he said he could look at our Boiler the following morning,arrived at 08.30,after checking the boiler went up to the loft and found a faulty item and purchased a replacement system now working better than it has done for some time. Lee checked that my fire complied with regulations, then not only serviced the fire but also took a lot of effort finding the source of a small leak and fixing it. He still only charged me the basic fee for a service. He did a very thorough job and the fire works better than it ever has done.

Lee from Pierson Heating put in all the pipe work and fitted our new bathroom. The build was very complex, as our house is very old and has had damp problems in the past. Non of this seemed to phase Lee and he tackled each problem with a smile and can do attitude. I would recommend Lee to anyone.

I have used On Heating for several years mainly for servicing and breakdowns. They have proved to be very reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Most recently I have had a new Vaillant boiler installed by them. The price was competitive, especially if one takes into account the 10-year manufacturer's warranty, that is only issued when approved installers carry out the work using manufacturer's specified parts. Lee carried out the work with minimum disruption and no mess and all waste removed. An excellent job all round.

Lee and team are consummate professionals. Make no mistake, my boiler installation was a challenge. Above the stairs it was a tricky location with an equally problematic side extension causing headaches. Did this deter them? Not one bit. We have never been lost for words about workmanship and people from any Company as we have had with Pierson Heating Ltd. From start to finish both Lee and Pete were exceptional. Their workmanship when installing our new boiler and radiators was out of this world. They came to do the job over three days always on time and we have never had workmen who were so exceptionally tidy. When we came home from work every day the carpet had been hoovered and all their equipment had been put to one side so it wasn't in our way. Lee came after the install to explain everything we needed to know about the working of the boiler, radiator and the Hive which connects to our mobile phone so we can regulate the on/off and temperature of the heating when we were out. We may have gone on a bit but if you want new heating you can't go wrong if you contact Pierson Heating who are amazing and will give you the most exceptional service around. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we forgot to say their estimate was reasonable too.

Lee himself did the original installation of our boiler and heating system when we bought our property, which until then had only electric night storage heaters. I highly recommend Pierson Heating & Plumbing, they have provided a fantastic level of service and support for me (and my boiler!). I first reached out to them when my boiler had broken and needed replacing. They responded rapidly and replaced my boiler with as little fuss and mess as was feasible. As this was about 2 weeks before Christmas it was no mean feat. since then they have serviced it annually as well as carried out various works to change some of my radiators both to improve and remove. I have always been very satisfied with their work. Frankly a good plumber (and various other trades) is worth twice their weight in gold. When I find them I don't let them go. After an initial moan on the phone to Lee about plumbers not having the courtesy too at least not be in dialogue about appointments and the decency to at least communicate with the customer I was assured that it would not happen with him and guess what, no reply or acknowledgement to my text and waited over week for an appointment that didn't happen.
